We’ll arrive the day before your scheduled council collection, place your bins on the kerb, and return them to their usual storage location after they’ve been emptied.

Our team will aim to have your bins out at the kerb between 5pm and 9pm the night before collection. They will then safely return your bin between 5pm and 9pm the day of collection.

As long as we have access to your bins, we’ll complete the service while you’re away.

Please leave your bins in their normal storage location and ensure we have clear access.

If there are any gates, pets, or special instructions, please include these when booking.

You can book a One-Off Collection while you’re away or contact us if you’d like to temporarily pause your weekly service.

We’ll adjust your service where possible to match updated council collection schedules and communicate any changes with you.

Yes.

There are no long term contracts. You can cancel your subscription by giving us notice before your next scheduled billing period.
